Bringing the ST:AR Model Into Your Work

The goal isn't to replace the knowledge and expertise you already have. It's to offer another practical lens for understanding human experience.

The ST:AR Model was created to help individuals better understand survival, thriving, and the states that shape everyday experience.

Recently, a few conversations have made me wonder whether the model might also be useful for therapists, coaches, educators, counselors, and others whose work involves helping people grow.

Before creating any professional resources, I'd like to better understand whether there's genuine interest and, if so, what would actually be helpful.

I'm Exploring What's Next

I'm beginning to explore ways to better support professionals who are interested in the ST:AR Model.

That may eventually include things like:

  • implementation guides

  • practitioner discussions

  • case examples

  • workshops

  • teaching resources

  • presentation materials

  • deeper explorations of the model

Nothing has been created yet.

Before building anything, I'd like to better understand who is interested and how you imagine using the model.

Who This Might Be For

You might find the ST:AR Model valuable if you're a:

  • Therapist

  • Counselor

  • Coach

  • Teacher

  • Professor

  • Facilitator

  • Leadership Trainer

  • Organizational Consultant

  • HR or People Leader

  • Ministry Leader

  • Chaplain

  • Social Worker

  • Healthcare Professional

  • Manager

  • Mentor

  • or anyone whose work involves helping people grow.

Why I'm Taking This Approach

The ST:AR Model is still growing.

Rather than guessing what professionals need, I'd rather build resources in conversation with the people who may eventually use them.

If that sounds interesting to you, I'd love to have you along from the beginning.
