One recommendation
Given the amount of original intellectual property you've created around ST:AR, I would also create a separate Licensing & Permissions page. It can explain, in plain language:what individuals may do,what practitioners may do,what requires a practitioner license, what organizations may do,how to request permission for workshops, teaching, translations, or commercial use. That keeps the legal Terms concise while making it much easier for people who genuinely want to use ST:AR appropriately.
