Surviving to Thriving Membership
UPCOMING
Thrive & Survive in Institutions
Apply the model to the world around you—work, systems, and culture. See how survival patterns operate at scale, not just personally.
Recognize what’s actually happening in environments that once felt confusing.
PREPARATION
Bring one real example from an institution in your life where you see thrive and survive patterns. Focus on what’s actually happening, not your interpretation of it.
Parasites - Predators - Mimicry
Understand the patterns that keep survival mode in place, internally and externally. See how certain dynamics pull, pressure, or imitate clarity.
Learn to recognize them without reacting or getting pulled in. This creates space where there used to be pressure. You begin to stay more grounded in real situations.
UPCOMING
Whole / Fragmented States
Learn to recognize when you’re operating from wholeness and when fragmentation is active. See how these states show up in your thoughts, reactions, and daily life.
This gives you a clear reference point for what’s actually happening. Without this, everything feels mixed and harder to work with. With it, things start to make sense.
